Added a new character to the list

Updates (Polls Section & New Buttons)

I added a new page (Polls) and Installed new menu buttons. A new polls section is for people to either vote or rate on what they're think is better, e.g. i need to make a new character for forward project but i dont know what the character suppose to be like, so i need ideas from you guys by polling/voting.
